The House of Music, located in Fort Myers, Fl is your one stop shop for recording, rehearsal spaces, video shoots, music education and used music equipment! The 10000 square foot facility houses 2 recording studios (The Vibe Recording), a kitchen, lounge, 10 sound resistant band rehearsal rooms, a school of rock for kids 3-17, a large showcase room (equipped with stage and rack lighting) and a used equipment store. Please contact us (link) for availability and pricing. The The HOM School of Rock teaches kids live performance techniques and musical instruction in other words how to rock out and have a blast!!! Our staff of teachers have had years of experience with musical performance and love working with kids. The regular program meets twice a week where one lesson is a one on one with a private instructor an the other is a group session with other kids. Musical instruments are available through the HOM used music equipment store that can either be rented or purchased. What if you picked the wrong instrument or want to try something different? No Problem, instruments can be traded out at anytime. Students will learn how to play several classic rock songs as a band will perform in concert for parents and will record a song in the Vibe Recording studio as a final project.
